The tart with homemade jams, according to tradition, is one of the most delicious sweets and genuine cake, also part of Nido degli Dei breakfast menu. We learn to do it, with the experience of Mamma Gabriella.


    • 300 grams of flour double-0
    • 150 grams of butter
    • 2 egg yolks
    • 130 grams of sugar
    • 1 lemon peel
    • 700/800 grams of homemade jam
